Vegan Pancakes

Makes 8 pancakes

Cook time 15 minutes


Ingredients

150g whole wheat flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp flaxseed 

½ tsp salt

200ml Koko Dairy Free Unsweetened


Serving

Maple syrup

Sliced bananas

Walnuts


Method

Stir together flour, baking powder, flaxseed & salt together in a mixing bowl.

Slow mix in Koko Dairy Free Unsweetened

Heat a wide non-stick pan, and add a little oil.

Cook pancakes in batches, for around 3 minutes on each side.

Slide the pancake onto a plate & start on the next pancake.
