Mac & Cheese

Serves 4

Ingredients

300g dried macaroni

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 clove garlic, crushed

150g Koko Dairy Free Soft Cream Cheese

100ml Koko Dairy Free Original

200g Koko Dairy Free Cheddar

2 tbsp dried mixed herbs

½ tsp black pepper

Fresh basil


Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C

Cook the macaroni pasta according to packet instructions.

Meanwhile heat the oil in a large pan then add garlic. Cook for 1 minutethen stir in mixed herbs

Stir in Koko Dairy Free Soft Cream Cheese & Koko Dairy Free Original & half of the Koko Dairy Free Cheddar until all products have melted.

Add black pepper.

Stir in the cooked and drained macaroni.

Spread the macaroni & cheese into a glass dish then sprinkle the rest of the hard cheese on top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
